Hi, Judy. I'll get right to my question. I want to be a writer. Should I follow my dream, and if I should,do you have any tips? I am in a writing club for kids to improve my writing. I write probably 1 million little stories each day, and make up many in my head. I love writing and am good at it, but I got a C+ on our essay we had to do in advanced English. <3

I like when Fudge jumped off the climber because I did something like that when I was little and I lost 3 teeth.
I like when it was Fudges birthday and his friend peed on the carpet.
I like how Fudge is silly and pretends that he is different animals.
I like the book because it has a lot of detail.
I liked it when Fudgie was playing with his toy train because it sounded funny.
I liked it when Peter got the picture dictionary from the Yarbies and Fudge got a toy train, he said they had another one and Peter was upset because he didn't get something better.
I like TOTFGN because when Peter got his pet turtle and Fudge says
see, see, all gone.
I liked it when they went to the shoe store and Peters mom tricked Fudge into getting the brown and white saddle shoes.
I liked it when Peter told Fudge not to touch Dribble but he did at the birthday party.
I liked when they went to the Dentist and tricked Fudge into thinking they were counting his teeth and they were fixing them (see teeth, count teeth, count teeth)
I liked it when Peter was standing on his head to make Fudge laugh and eat when he didn't eat his dinner.
I liked it when Fudge's dad threw the cereal all over Fudge in the bathtub, because Fudge wouldn't eat.
One thing I like about the story is when Fudge's brother Peter called Fudge "Fang"
I like it when Fudge pretends he is a dog and he stays under the table and eats because it is funny.
At Fudge's birthday party when the kid who ate the second peace of cake fell asleep on the carpet, my baby sister fell asleep in her baby chair when she was eating cake.

Tonight, I was at the library with my 8 year old son. We were in the children's section browsing the turnstiles with the paperback books. I saw your name as he was turning the stile and I stopped him and picked up "Blubber" and then "Deenie". I felt like I went back in time and was a 10 year old girl binge reading all of your books.

I know you have heard stories from so many people about the influence your books have had on their childhood. Count me in as someone that can honestly say that your books saved me and for that I thank you. I identified with Margaret, Sally, Peter, Rachel, and to some extent Linda (I was the fat girl but not bullied like her).

To this day, your books are food for my soul. I still have my original copy of "Are you there God? It's me, Margaret." The cover is ripped and tattered, but the pages are perfect.

Dear Judy Blume,
I like your book Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing
because... I like it when Peters dad dumps the bowl of corn flakes on Fudge and got what he deserted. I like Tales of a fourth Grade Nothing but I don`t like it when Fudge eats Dribble its too sad for me.
Over all this book is petty funny and I probably
read the rest of the books also I think you should
make more books for the series.
