Thank you, thank you for all your wonderful notes. I only wish I could respond to each of you personally. But in order to start a new book I need serious thinking time, which means less time for e-mail. Hope you understand. Just want you to know that my assistant and I read this guestbook every day, and that your continued love and support are a constant inspiration.

Dear Judy Blume,

I read your book "Superfudge" and I really loved it. Funny words used in the sentence making it a funny sentence was the best part I liked. It would have been better if the book would have been longer and the story would have continued. I liked it so much that I would like to read all of your other books.

I wish you will continue writing such interesting books.

Yours Sincerely
Aarsh Patel

I just watched the tiger eyes movie. I loved it very much. The emotions are so real and it reminded me of the book, which I read when I was eleven years old. It brought me back to my comfy childhood memories. Thank you very much! I loved all of your books.

Hi Judy,

I am doing my very best to keep this as short as possible as I know you are busy and must receive a ton of correspondence. I am a 47 year old male and have been a huge fan of your books since I was 10 years old. Just a few of my faves are It's Not The End Of The World, Then Again Maybe I Won't and Here's To You Rachel Robinson. My absolute VERY FAVES are Tiger Eyes and Summer Sisters - Smart Women also.

Interestingly, at 47 years of age, I STILL re-read many of your books - often - especially Tiger Eyes. I am going through a rough patch in my life (unemployed for over a year) and when I re-read your wonderful books, all is right with the world. Granted, I don't tell too many people this, as even I will admit it's a little odd that I still re-read books characterized for middle age and young adult, but f - k it - they make me feel good!

THANK YOU. For always being here for me.

Dear Judy Blume,

We are doing a project in our library class at Corl Street Elementary School. The project is to write to a Famous author. It is our last project of the year. My name is Trent, I’m ten years old, I love playing soccer, I am in fourth grade, and I go to Corl Street Elementary school in State College, PA and it is near Penn State University. Is it true that you were born in Elizabeth, NJ because my vacation home is in Ocean City, NJ! I have seen pictures of you doing ballet as a kid; is it true that you did ballet when you were a child? My sister does competition team for dance. I have a mom, dad, a dog named Wesley, and a fish named Hopsin. I have been reading some of your Fudge Books, and I have been loving them, and my mom and dad love them too. I love using my imagination and writing stories with it. My favorite character is Peter. Will you write a sixth Fudge book?

Please write back!
Your Friend,
P.S. That’s a smiley face next to my name!

Dear Judy Blume,
I think the books that I've read so far are really interesting because in both books a toddler or someone swallows something (Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing; DoubleFudge). I really like it, I think you've made a good pattern. In DoubleFudge I like how you based your book on your grandson, Elliot, and I like in DoubleFudge that Fudge has a Myna bird. I knew that they could talk. I like what Fudge taught Uncle Feather to say.
