Thank you, thank you for all your wonderful notes. I only wish I could respond to each of you personally. But in order to start a new book I need serious thinking time, which means less time for e-mail. Hope you understand. Just want you to know that my assistant and I read this guestbook every day, and that your continued love and support are a constant inspiration.

hi judy its me Jack i havn't made a comment in a while. just had another idea for the fudge books. i was thinking of making peter realize more stuff. for example in super fudge i think when peters mom was haveing a baby he thought she was going to be like fudge and there would be 2 fudges, my point is that peter is 12 and and he is smarter than that. and for a certan point in the book if you make it make fudge stop using his fudge bucks cause it makes the book less interesting in my opinion thats all i have to say

The kids in my class are so disappointed that the Fudge series is over. We read all the books, and then they went researching swearing that there had to be another. They would like to ask you to write more in the Fudge series. Very enjoyable.

Dear Judy Blume,
Can I buy your Fudge books for $1 a book?

Hometown: New York - Posted December 7, 2012 3:38 pm

I saw nothing wrong with the Title Here's to You, Rachel Robinson. I thought it fit the book well. I have been an avid reader of your books for many years. You are the Bomb. Are you there God, It's me Margaret... wow. That book is the reason why I wanted to be a spiritual person. I also addressed God the same way growing up before I knew how to use his name. I hope you never stop writing..

Hi, my name is Amor and I really love your Fudge books. I've read all of them. I just wish you would write another book after Double Fudge. I'm not sure which one I like best but Fudge-a-Mania is hilarious, especially when Fudge is sitting in a tree and he tells Peter he wants to be a bird breather when he grows up. My favorite character is Uncle Feather or Fudge. Well, I hope you write more books! -Amor

Hello Mrs. Judy Blume i am such a big fan of yours and i love your book Forever... i just finished reading it and i was wodering if you ever thought about making that a series and adding on to it.... i would love that and i was also brainstorming this; like maybe one day it could become a series of movies like Twilight but better... i dont get on my email anymore and was wondering if you have a facebook and could friend me and could email me your thoughts, ideas, and feelings about this idea, but i was just wondering. i tried to find your mailing address so i could mail you a letter, but i couldnt find it. as i got to the end of Forever i cried so hard and just couldnt imagine what would, could, or should happen next and sice you wrote it you would... well i love you and please email me back.....<3 with lots of <3 -Kaylen Rose...!

Hi Judy, I have to be honest, unlike your other guest that posted about reading your books I have never read your books and did not know who you were until I did a search on famous authors and you were among them. I'm writing my first children's book and was wondering how other authors got started. Your website is encouraging and will help guide my path. I don't feel so awkward or like a fish out of water after reading your notes on rejection, your desire, and best of all the doughnut you ate trying to find your path. I will visit here often and I will find one of your books to read now. Who knows, maybe one day my journey will shadow yours in some way and we might just meet. Thanks for the site. Faye

Hi Judy,
I wrote to you before. I am in 6th grade now. I ordered Tiger Eyes from a bookshop and read it in a day. I was amazing! I have read all your middle age books. Freckle Jucie was the book that started my reading career. Now I read so much, sometimes 100 pages a night!I tried ordering Forever at a bookstore, but it never came in. How odd! I will try again though. I cant wait to read your new book and see the movie Tiger Eyes! I would love to meet you!
from your biggest fan,
Kelly N.

Hometown: Philadelphia, PA - Posted November 26, 2012 4:23 pm

Dear Judy Blume,

Thank you for writing the book Fudge-a-Mania. I think you wrote the book because the personality of your son Larry influenced you to make him into a character called Fudge or Farley Drexel. I also think you wrote the book to tell a story of Fudge and his family on a vacation in Maine.
I like when Fudge when captain of his baseball team with Big Apfel and he didnít mind losing. I thought it was funny when Fudge got covered in blue and he became scared of blueberries.
Peter told Jimmy that there was green gas in the toilet because he was scared that Shelia Tubmanís friend Mouse Ellis would come up at the same time. I learned to never lie to your friends because itís not polite and you could be wrong.

How old is Larry now?

Dear Judy Blume,
I love your books. The Fudge books are so funny and I like Blubber too. When my mother was young she read Blubber and loved it so she read it to me

Sincerely, Darya.

Hometown: Coram, NY - Posted November 24, 2012 2:42 pm

I read all your children's books growing up, not just once but several times. Whenever I didn't know what book to get from the library, I always veered toward the B section and always pulled one of yours off the shelf. Growing up, Blubber was always my favorite book. If anyone now as an adult asks what my favorite book as a child was, easy answer - Blubber. As an adult, my favorite book is Summer Sisters. Thanks, Ms. Blume!
